Pre-Tenancy & End of Tenancy Fees
The Deposit will be calculated against five weeks rent or six weeks’ rent where the total annual rent is £50,000 or above. The formula: Monthly Rent x 12 / 52 x 5= 5 Week Deposit.
Interest will be charged in line with the Bank of England’s rate + 3% if a rent payment is more than 14 days overdue for each day the payment is outstanding.
For any individual tenant not renting a property under an Assured Shorthold Tenancy the following charges are also payable: Tenancy Administration charge – £150 +VAT (£180 incl. VAT) per tenancy; Reference charge – £50 +VAT (£60 incl. VAT) per tenant or guarantor; Check out inspection – £160+ VAT (£192 incl. VAT); Tenancy renewal £120+VAT (£144 incl. VAT). If a tenant decides to rent a property through us in the name of a business or company the tenancy administration and reference charge will be £320+ VAT (£384 incl. VAT) for a new tenancy and £160+VAT (£192 incl. VAT) for every renewal.
Fee of 9%+VAT (10.8% incl. VAT) of total rent achieved to be taken on a monthly basis in line with our rent collection service;
Fee of 7%+VAT (8.4% incl. VAT) of total rent achieved for the renewal period will be taken on a monthly basis.
£90+VAT (£108 incl. VAT) for an inspection of gas appliances by a Gas Safe registered engineer and issuing of gas safety certificate
£90+VAT (£108 incl. VAT) for an inspection by a qualified energy assessor and issuing of a new E.P.C certificate
