About us
Having grown organically since our creation in 2010, we are now one of
the leading independent estate agents in West London
Our Ethos
We were started in 2010 by founding partners Donald Collins and Bryan Light. Our company has grown organically through word-of-mouth referrals.
Growth has been driven solely by successful transactions while creating new clients through recommendations from existing ones.
In 2013, we converted an old Natwest Bank in Ealing Common to house the main office operation. 2017 saw the expansion into Acton with the opening of our office on Churchfield Rd.
The business now employs over 20 individuals and works with many local companies to deliver services across sales, lettings and property management.
We have created the right framework for estate agency success, and have over 800 testimonials through Google, AllAgents (the largest dedicated review site for estate agents in the UK) and other review platforms.
Hard work, value and attention to detail

We take great pride in our local area and have supported individual and community causes across the Borough. We see an alignment between being a local, independent agent and getting involved in great community initiatives that benefit the area and its residents.
Our independent business has only grown to the heights it has through recommendation from one client to the next. We look forward to the opportunity to serve you, and if we can provide further information on a personal level to what you see on this website, please get in touch via the ‘Our Team’ section.

Your Peace of Mind
There is a plethora of options when it comes to selling or letting your property. No one likes to talk about when things do go wrong, but they can, and if they do, you need to know that you are protected and there is redress should it be needed.
We are regulated by The Property Ombudsman across all three divisions of the business: sales, lettings and property management.
As part of our commitment to being a member of the Property Ombudsman our complaints procedure needs to be readily available to potential clients and you can see our copy here.
We also encourage all clients to use the Tenancy Deposit Scheme. This is a custodial scheme not an insurance backed scheme and this means the tenant’s deposit is transferred to a separate bank account not connected with us or the landlord. It is the only not-for profit deposit scheme in England and Wales.
For all client money we do hold as an organisation we have total client loss protection, and our certification can be viewed here.
All estate agents have to conduct their client business in accordance with Money Laundering Regulations 2017 and Money Laundering, Terrorist Financing and Transfer of Funds (Information on the Payer) Regulations 2017.
We are registered with HMRC as a supervised business in line with the Money Laundering Regulations 2007. Our registration number is XLML00000125811.
Although rare, crimes of impersonation and cyber related theft are on the rise in the property industry, and it is important we ensure the veracity of those involved in the transaction you are embarking on.
Further, estate agency business revolves around high value transactions that could make you prone to being targeted by criminals looking to act in a fraudulent manner in impersonating somebody involved in the transaction (as a solicitor for instance looking to receive funds). We are at the ready and trained to help advise all clients over how to help safeguard their transaction.
