Great start to year – now could be an ideal time to come to market

Both Acton and Ealing have started the year in exceptional fashion.  If you are thinking of moving, now could be a great time to see what you can achieve from the market.  

Buyers have all the facts and figures at their fingertips, and the market is very transparent to what houses sold for and why.  I am seeing vendors again now who went on market a year ago, for a higher figure than I suggested, but they were not able to generate enough viewings and ultimately took their property off market and have put their life on hold for a year.  

I much prefer giving an accurate figure, one that generates a good level of interest, and this ultimately ensures you get the highest amount possible when the transaction exchanges, as opposed to a property that comes down in value.
