The cost of refurbishment is very expensive and it has gone up a lot in recent years even accounting for inflation. Therefore, if you have invested a lot into your property, you need great communication from you agent to fully attain the premium value you have created.

If you don’t have a local agent who is front and central to this and communicates the vibe of the area and what makes it special: how on earth is the buyer going to realise the benefits of your location?
